What would the process look like?

We get it, letting a stranger into your space is daunting so let us clear some things up.

First, consultation.

This is a time for us to get to know each other. You’ll let us know what space we’ll be working with, what you want it to look and feel like by the end, how much you want to be involved in the process, and anything else we might need to know.

This can be done in person, via videocall or a phone call. It helps us to see the space so an in person meeting or a videocall is preferred.

Next, saying yes to your fresh start.

After the consultation, let us know if you think we would be the right fit and we’ll book your first session.

Let the adventure begin

This is where the magic happens. We will work through the rooms or areas that have been agreed on during the consultation. In order to ensure your confidence in the process, we will work together to create trust and open communication. Simply put, we will do our best to bring comfort and functionality into your space, whatever that means to you.

The boring bits

We charge £30/hr if it’s one of us on the job or £60/hr if it’s both of us - Zuzka and Fran. Double charge - double power!

We work in blocks of 4 or 6 hours and charge after each session.

We can schedule a check in/accountability session for after a few months to discuss if the systems are working for you and help tweak them if needed.
